CLH Group (Pty) Ltd is a Johannesburg holding company with three divisions: property management, maintenance and app development. Each one exists to make the others better.
CLH Group is led by its Managing Director, who has spent 25 years in property and facilities management.
That experience spans residential complexes, retail malls and commercial office towers. It's why CLH runs on clear processes rather than memory, and why, when no system did things properly, we built OmniProp ourselves.
How we work

Approved figures only
Our agents never quote a rent the owner hasn't approved, and never draw up a lease by hand.
In person, signed on site
Move-in and move-out inspections are done with the tenant present, and the tenant signs the report.
Checked by a person
Invoices, statements and owner emails are reviewed before they are sent. Nothing important goes out on autopilot.
Owners always informed
Owners hear from us whenever a lease ends, a notice is given or a letter of demand goes out.
