How it's built

Four rules OmniProp never breaks.

Nothing goes out unchecked

Invoices, owner billing and statements are prepared as drafts. A person reviews them and sends them in one batch.

Owners make the decisions

Rents, renewals and billable job cards wait for the owner's approval, and the system records exactly when it was given.

Nobody misses a notification

Push and in-app notifications on desktop and phone for every request, approval, signature and notice to vacate.

A paper trail by default

Signing certificates, send logs and dated records on every unit. Every PDF carries “Powered by OmniProp”.

Job cards

Six stages from request to paid.

Every job card moves through the same stages, so owners, tenants and our team always know where a job stands. Declined jobs are closed off with a reason.

Photos are kept clear but small, so uploads work on site, even on a weak signal.
